Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children with autism through play, learning, and daily activities. You don't need ABA experience; a good heart, willingness to learn, and ability to build real relationships with children are key.

You'll work 1-on-1 with children, use play and ABA strategies to teach life skills, and celebrate progress. Growth opportunities include becoming an RBT with supervision and pay raises.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
