Job summary

Ascend is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Centennial, CO. You will work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, using play and ABA strategies to teach daily living skills and language. A heart to learn and build relationships is essential.

Starting pay is $21–$27 per hour, with growth opportunities and a $1 Spanish-language bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more supportive resources for both families and staff.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
