Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Glendale, AZ for a part-time role. You will work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, using play and ABA to teach daily living skills in home or clinic settings.

No ABA experience is required, but a good heart and willingness to learn are essential. You may grow with RBT certification and strong supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience with children in care settings is preferred.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification and pursue growth within ABA.
• Ability to work M-F, 8am-5:30pm or half-time equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum.
• Use play, ABA therapy to teach daily living skills.
• Bring patience, energy, and fun to each session; celebrate wins.
• Support language development and behavior goals in daily activities.

Salary Range: $21.00 To $27.00 Hourly

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.

What we need from you:

• Professional experience working with children

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Reliable transportation & drivers’ license

• Ability to pass background check

• Willingness to obtain RBT certification

• Availability to work M-F (full time = 8am-5:30pm; part-time = half that)
