Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Aurora, CO. You will work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, using play and ABA therapy to teach daily living skills and language milestones.

No ABA experience is required; a good heart, willingness to learn, and the ability to build trusting relationships with children are essential. This role offers training to become an RBT and growth within a supportive team.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
