Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for part-time work in Buckeye, AZ. You will work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, using play-based ABA to teach everyday living skills and language.

No years of ABA experience required—just a good heart and willingness to learn. You will join a supportive team, receive RBT training with a pay raise, and have opportunities for growth in behavioral health.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
