Job summary

Ascend is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to work full time in Arvada, CO. You will engage individually with children on the autism spectrum, using play and ABA techniques to teach daily living skills.

No extensive ABA experience is required, but a good heart, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build real relationships with children are essential. Compensation ranges from $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, with potential up to $5/hour more in the first year through growth and

What you’ll do

• Work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum

• Use play, creativity, and ABA therapy to teach everyday life skills

• Bring patience, energy, and fun to each session, and celebrate all wins!

• Work with kids on daily living skills, language acquisition and challenging behaviors.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
