Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners is seeking a Part-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Longmont, CO to work with children on the autism spectrum. You will support play-based and ABA-driven learning, build meaningful relationships, and help kids develop daily living skills and language abilities.

Ideal candidates show empathy, patience, and a passion for helping kids grow. Prior ABA experience isn’t required, and a strong heart to learn is valued as much as driving impact for families.

Qualifications

• No ABA experience required but willingness to learn and build relationships with a child.
• Ability to engage with children and support development through play and everyday activities.
• Demonstrated kindness, energy, and a positive attitude in interactions with kids.

Pay & benefits

$21–$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
