Job summary

Ascend Behavior Partners in Arvada, CO seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum using play-based ABA techniques. No prior ABA experience is required, and you will build real relationships through fun, patient sessions that foster learning and growth.

You will help children with daily living skills and language acquisition while managing challenging behaviors, supported by a collaborative team and structured supervision.

Pay & benefits

$21-$27/hour to start Up to $5/hour additional in your first year through growth & development AND $1 if you speak spanish.
