Ascend Behavior Partners is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Thornton, CO. You’ll work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, using play, creativity, and ABA to teach daily living skills and language milestones.

No prior ABA experience is required; a good heart, willingness to learn, and the ability to build real relationships with kids matters most. Pay starts at $21–$27/hour, with up to $5/hour more in the first year through growth, plus $1/hour if you speak Spanish.
