The role operates in a single clinic facility with a consistent daytime schedule (8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday–Friday). Growth opportunities include semi-annual raises and full benefits.

100% Paid RBT Certification: We cover all costs for your 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework and national BACB exam within your first 8 weeks.
100% Center-Based Role: Say goodbye to driving between in-home client visits. You work at one single, collaborative clinic facility every day.
Consistent Daytime Schedule: Work 8:00 AM – 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday. No nights, no fluctuating shift gaps, and no weekends! (Occasional team meetings extend to 5:00 PM).
Guaranteed Growth & Semi-Annual Raises: Competitive starting pay ($18 - $19/hr) with structured performance and compensation evaluations every 6 months to grow your income.
BCBA-D Owned & Led: Work directly alongside supportive, accessible BCBAs in a clinic culture designed and operated by Dr. Michelle Kuhn.

Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: Implement individual therapy plans to help children reduce challenging behaviors, build daily living skills, and develop functional communication.

Track Session Data: Use a clinic tablet to record real-time session data and objective daily progress notes.

Education: High school diploma, GED, or higher.
Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily travel to and from the clinic.
Physical Stamina: Ability to sit on the floor, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and move quickly to actively engage children and ensure clinic safety protocols.
