Advanceable ABA NC is hiring a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy in Wake Forest and surrounding areas. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their natural environment, under a BCBA, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

Flexible afternoon and after-school shifts, 15–25+ hours per week, PTO and ongoing mentorship, with paid training and certification support to grow your career in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or path to certification with company support.
• 1+ year experience with children or individuals with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Excellent communication, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate with families and clinical team.
• Participate in BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active during sessions with children.

What You'll Do:

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans




• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills




• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques




• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes




• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team




• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training




• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification




• Passion for working with children and helping others grow




• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)




• High school diploma or equivalent (required)




• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)




• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism




• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Wake Forest & Franklinton, NC area




• Part-time RBT positions available




• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed)




• 15-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
