Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Wallace, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy. Earn $21-$25/hr with flexible part-time or full-time schedules in the Wallace area.

You will work 1:1 with children under a BCBA, implement individualized plans, build communication and daily-living skills, and track progress with notes.

We provide paid training, PTO, ongoing supervision, and opportunities for growth in ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans

• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills

• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques

• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes

• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team

• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training

• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification

• Passion for working with children and helping others grow

• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)

• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism

• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area

• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available

• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)

• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
