Advanceable ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home, part-time positions in Cumberland, Farmville, Jetersville, Crewe and surrounding areas in Virginia.

This home-based role provides 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, offering flexible schedules, competitive pay of $23–$29 per hour, paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification and renewal. You’ll help children develop communication, social, and daily-living skills in their natural environments.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification being supported
• 1+ year experience with kids or individuals with special needs preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the VA areas: Cumberland, Farmville, Jetersville, Crewe

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Track progress with session data and clinical notes
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We're Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we'll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients' homes throughout the Cumberland, Farmville, Jetersville, Crewe, VA areas.
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday-Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15-25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
