Advanceable ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Clayton, NC for part-time, home-based ABA therapy. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, delivering evidence-based ABA and tracking progress under BCBA supervision.

We offer flexible schedules, paid training, PTO, and ongoing mentorship to support your clinical growth. A valid RBT certification or path toward certification is provided, with salary ranging $21–$25 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; we’ll support your path to certification.
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow.
• 1+ year of experience with kids or individuals with special needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work in clients' homes across Clayton, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement ABA treatment plans and track progress with data.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Clayton, NC area
• Part-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
