Advanceable ABA NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) for in-home ABA therapy in Wallace, NC and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time and full-time schedules with hourly pay ranging from $21 to $25. You’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes under BCBA supervision, gaining experience and professional growth.

We provide paid training, PTO, and support for RBT certification and renewal, plus ongoing supervision, mentorship, and opportunities to advance within ABA.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification; we’ll support path to certification if needed.
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism are required.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the LOCATION area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily living skills.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For:

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the [LOCATION] area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
