Job summary

Advanceable ABA in Raleigh, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for in-home, part-time and full-time roles. This home-based position delivers ABA therapy in the child’s natural environment, with flexible afternoon and after-school sessions.

Earn $24-$26 per hour, with paid training, PTO, and ongoing BCBA supervision. You’ll work 15–25+ hours weekly, providing 1:1 therapy and tracking progress, while helping children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or path to certification supported by the employer.
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Raleigh, NC area.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills.
• Track progress through session data and clinical notes.
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team.
• Participate in ongoing BCBA supervision and training.
• Stay active and engaged during sessions with children.

What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll provide individualized 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly with children to implement individualized ABA treatment plans
• Helping children develop communication, social, behavioral, play, and daily-living skills
• Using evidence-based ABA strategies and reinforcement techniques
• Tracking progress through accurate session data and clinical notes
• Communicating professionally with families and members of the clinical team
• Participating in ongoing BCBA supervision and training
• Staying active and engaged during sessions, including sitting, squatting, walking, running, and playing with children

What We’re Looking For

• Active RBT certification, if not we’ll support your path to certification
• Passion for working with children and helping others grow
• 1+ year of experience working with kids or individuals with special needs (preferred)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (required)
• Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
• Ability to work in clients’ homes throughout the Raleigh, NC area
• Part-time and full-time RBT positions available
• Afternoon and after-school sessions (Monday–Friday; weekends as needed)
• 15–25+ hours per week depending on your availability and client needs
