Job summary

A Brighter Alternative ABA is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Cochran, GA team and work in-home with children under the supervision of a BCBA. The focus is on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills, with emphasis on serving an older child.

This role offers flexible scheduling, a supportive clinical and administrative team, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy sessions.
• Implement behavior intervention and treatment plans designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate session data and complete daily session notes.
• Build positive relationships with clients and caregivers.
• Maintain professionalism, communication, and reliability.
• Participate in supervision and ongoing training as required.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Cochran GA., 31014.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will work directly with children in their homes under the supervision of a BCBA, implementing individualized treatment plans focused on communication, behavior reduction, independence, and daily living skills.The right candidate must be comfortable working with an older child.
