Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implementing plans created by a BCBA and collecting data to track progress. Collaboration with families and the clinical team is essential to support client goals.

Part-time AM and/or PM shifts offer flexible scheduling. A background check is required, and travel locally may be needed to reach clients.

Qualifications

• Must hold current RBT certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
