Admire ABA in Bel Air, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. You will work 1:1 with clients, implement treatment plans created by a BCBA, and record client progress with accuracy.

The role offers part-time AM and/or PM shifts, flexible scheduling, and the chance to grow within an collaborative team focused on meaningful outcomes. A valid RBT certification and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is desirable.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy


• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Accurately collect and record data on client progress


• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals


• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)


• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)


• Previous experience in ABA or working with children


• Ability to pass a background check


• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
