Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth and meaningful client outcomes.

You will work 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, collect accurate data on progress, and collaborate with families and the clinical team to support client goals.

Qualifikationen

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is desired.
• Ability to pass a background check and reliable transportation.

In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
