Job summary

Admire ABA in Annapolis, MD is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism. This part-time role emphasizes compassionate care and collaborative outcomes with BCBA supervision.

You will provide 1:1 therapy, collect progress data, and work closely with families and clinical teammates to support individualized treatment plans in a supportive, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
