Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling (afternoon/evening) and opportunities to work closely with BCBA-supervised treatment plans, data collection, and family collaboration. Travel locally may be required, with focus on client progress and safe, engaging sessions.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience with ABA or working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (Afternoon & Evening)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
