Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism in a supportive team environment. You will implement evidence-based treatment plans, collect progress data, and collaborate with families and clinical staff to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

The role offers flexible scheduling (Mon-Fri, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM) with travel locally as needed, requiring current RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in ABA or working with children is preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check is required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy


• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)


• Accurately collect and record data on client progress


• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals


• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday 4:00 PM-7:00 PM


• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification


• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)


• Previous experience in ABA or working with children


• Ability to pass a background check
