Job summary

Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism. Working under BCBA supervision, you will contribute to a supportive, collaborative team focused on meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, positive, engaging therapy environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Accurately collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment

Schedule:

• Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
• Flexible scheduling based on availability

Requirements:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
• Previous experience in ABA or working with children
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
