Perfect Pair ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support one-on-one ABA therapy across home settings. You will implement individualized protocols developed by a BCBA and help clients grow, resilience, and joy.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
