Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA in clients' homes across North Carolina. You will implement individualized protocols, collect data, and document progress notes.

The role offers flexible hours with full-time and part-time opportunities. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days, and maintain

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Interest to become an RBT and pursue certification.
• Willingness to obtain adult and child CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability to support the basic needs of clients.
• Reliable vehicle with valid driver’s license and current insurance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients under BCBA protocols.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to support learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to promote growth and skill development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.


• Interest to become RBT.


• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.


• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.


• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
