Job summary

Perfect Pair ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clients’ homes and communities across North Carolina. You will follow BCBA-created plans, implement interventions, and track progress with detailed notes.

We welcome certified BTs and RBTs or those pursuing certification, with company support for RBT training. A reliable vehicle, good communication, and teamwork are essential, along with CPR/First Aid within 30

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification through BACB.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to complete RBT certification (company support may be available)
• Ability to support clients with daily living and behavioral needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to clients in home and community settings, following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record accurate session data and complete detailed progress notes
• Collaborate with BCBAs, team members, and caregivers to support client progress

For RBTs:

• Active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

For BTs:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in a related field preferred
• Willingness to complete RBT certification (company support may be available)

For All Candidates:

• Ability and willingness to support clients with daily living and behavioral needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire
