We are currently hiring a motivated and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support clients in the Winston-Salem, NC and surronding area. Position Overview

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work directly with clients in home-based settings while implementing individualized treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA. Candidates should be energetic, patient, organized, and comfortable working one-on-one with children.

This position is ideal for professionals with experience as an RBT, ABA therapist, behavioral health technician, mental health technician, or individuals who have completed RBT training.

Responsibilities

  • Follow ethical and professional standards outlined by the BACB

  • Participate in team meetings, training opportunities, and ongoing development

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

  • High school diploma or GED required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field preferred

  • Previous experience in ABA, behavioral therapy, childcare, or mental health preferred

  • Completion of RBT training preferred for candidates entering the field

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required

  • Ability to actively engage with clients during sessions

  • Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not already certified
