Perfect Pair ABA in Lincolnton, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, in home settings across the state, and help clients make meaningful progress.

We offer flexible hours (full- and part-time), competitive pay ($21–$25/hr), strong team support, ongoing training, and a culture that values collaboration, growth, and client outcomes. CPR/First Aid and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification with BACB

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
