Perfect Pair ABA in Mount Airy, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA protocols. You will collect data, document sessions, and collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and caregivers to foster growth in clients.

• Hold an active RBT certification through the BACB.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.
• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.
• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
