Perfect Pair ABA in Artesia, NM seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy. You will implement personalized protocols under a BCBA, collect data, and document progress across home settings.

This part-time role offers afternoon shifts and flexible hours to fit your schedule. The position requires an active RBT certification (BACB) or willingness to pursue it, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and a commitment to client care.

We are excited to welcome an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our team! As an RBT, you will facilitate personalized, one‑on‑one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. This is a part‑time position with flexible hours, including afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate one‑on‑one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA.

• Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning.

• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Hold an active RBT certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willingness to pursue RBT certification.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required, pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

• Willingness to obtain an active Adult and Child CPR/First Aid certification within the first 30 days of employment.

• Ability and willingness to support the basic needs of clients.

• Retain and maintain a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
