Job summary

Symphony ABA in Henrico, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a part-time role. You will implement ABA-based care plans, assist with daily living activities, and help clients progress toward independence.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BA a plus
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous
• Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
