Job summary

Symphony ABA seeks a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Henrico, VA. This part-time role involves implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant records.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. The ideal candidate holds RBT certification (or BA) and has experience with autism/ developmental disabilities.

Qualifications

• Certification as an RBT or BA is a plus.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and ABA principles is essential.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized care plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
