Job summary

Symphony ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Henrico, VA on a part-time basis. The role focuses on implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with daily living activities, and supporting clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

You will document progress, uphold HIPAA, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and educate families about behavioral health strategies.

Qualifications

• Certification as an RBT or BA a plus.
• Experience with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and ABA principles essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to take initiative independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-based care plans and monitor client progress.
• Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence.
