Job summary

Era ABA Therapy in Virginia is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with clients in homes, schools, or community settings. This role operates under the supervision of a BCBA, collecting data, implementing plans, and supporting goals in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

Position Summary

As an RBT on our team, you will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, communities, or schools to implement individualized treatment plans and help them achieve meaningful goals. Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will collect data, provide feedback, and support clients in achieving their objectives.
