Job summary

Era ABA Therapy – Virginia is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for in-home, community, or school-based ABA therapy in Newport News. Under BCBA supervision, you will provide 1:1 services to help children build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

We offer flexible scheduling, PTO, paid training and supervision, and opportunities for growth. A current RBT certification and experience with children are preferred; reliable transportation and Virginia background

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass Virginia background checks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data during each session.
• Support clients in communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavior goals.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers.
