Job summary

Symphony ABA in Henrico, VA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and educate clients and families about behavioral health concepts, while upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or BA is a plus.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and ABA principles is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to assist clients compassionately.
• Ability to work in a team and also take initiative independently.
