Symphony ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Henrico, VA. As an RBT, you will work under supervision to provide high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and autism, support daily living skills, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or BA a plus.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
