ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in New York, NY. This part-time role focuses on delivering in-home, in-school, and community ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

Qualifications

• ABA therapy or working with children experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect for clients.
• Abide by the BACB's code of ethics for Registered Behavior Technicians.
• Continue with professional development.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-community.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $22 - $30/hour
• Part-Time: Monday 2:00 to 5:00 PM / Wednesday 2:00 - 5:00 PM / Friday 2:00 – 5:00 PM
• Mon, Wed, Fri - 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Sat - 1PM to 6:00 PM
• Location: UES New York, NY

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
