Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to work 1:1 with children in their homes in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role offers both full-time and part-time schedules and an hourly pay range of $22 to $28, depending on experience.

You will follow BCBA plans, record session data on a tablet, and support families in the language they are most comfortable with.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to obtain with our support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection.

Responsabilités

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following the BCBA's treatment plan.
• Teach new skills through play-based and structured activities.
• Record session data on a tablet.
• Support parent training so progress carries over at home.
• Follow behaviour plans and safety protocols.

Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) Requirements

• Active RBT certification, or willingness to get certified with our support
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection
• A genuine passion for working with kids
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
