Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home ABA therapy to children in North Salt Lake and Bountiful, UT. You will work 1:1 with clients under supervision of a BCBA, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role offers competitive pay ($22–$27/hour based on experience), a Monday–Friday schedule around your caseload, and opportunities for BCBA supervision hours, PTO, and a supportive team culture.

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain with company support).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in psychology preferred.
• Reliable transportation within North Salt Lake, Bountiful, and surrounding areas.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets for data collection and recording.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver's license and insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes as directed by your supervising BCBA.
• Implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching methods (DTT, NET).
• Collect and record behavioral data electronically using tablets/iPads after each session.
• Communicate regularly with your BCBA and the clinical team regarding client progress.
• Participate in parent training sessions, team meetings, and generalization activities.
• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in‑home ABA therapy to children and families across North Salt Lake and Bountiful. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence‑based ABA strategies.
