Aviation ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Salt Lake County. You will work 1:1 with clients under BCBA supervision, building communication, social, and daily living skills.

The role supports Spanish-speaking families, offers competitive hourly pay and both part-time and full-time options, with sessions typically between 8:00 AM and 7:30 PM.

Qualifikationen

• Active RBT certification required (or willingness to obtain certification with company support).
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field preferred.
• Reliable transportation within Salt Lake County.
• Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using tablets/iPads for electronic data collection.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine passion for working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Eligible to work in the United States with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

• Assist with assessments, materials preparation, and therapy session organization.
• Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and safety protocols.
• Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).
• Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Bilingual Spanish Speaking – Position Overview
As a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Salt Lake County. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. Your Spanish fluency will help you connect with families in their home language, bridge communication during sessions, and make therapy feel accessible and welcoming.
