Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who is fluent in Spanish to work 1:1 with children in Ogden, UT. This in-home role involves delivering ABA therapy according to the BCBA's plan and supporting families in their language of choice.

We offer flexible schedules (full or part-time), competitive pay from $22 to $28 per hour based on experience, and ongoing supervision from a BCBA.

Formación

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with our support.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection.
• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsabilidades

As a Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you will work 1:1 with children in their homes and help parents take part in every step, in the language they are most comfortable with.
