Job summary

Aviation ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our South Salt Lake clinic in Salt Lake City, UT. You will work 1:1 with children under the supervision of a BCBA on site, delivering ABA therapy and supporting family goals.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules, competitive hourly pay of $22–$27, and mentorship toward BCBA certification. You’ll join a collaborative team focused on consistent progress and client safety.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain with our support.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Able to sit on the floor, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable using a tablet for data collection.
• Genuine passion for working with kids.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy following the BCBA's treatment plan.
• Teach new skills through play-based and structured activities.
• Record session data on a tablet.
• Support parent training so progress carries over at home.
• Follow behavior plans and safety protocols.

Location: South Salt Lake Clinic, 1776 S W Temple St, South Salt Lake, UT 84115
Pay: $22 to $27 per hour, based on experience
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time

Live in Salt Lake City? Our South Salt Lake clinic is just a few minutes from downtown.

No driving house to house and no working alone in someone's living room. As a Clinic Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you will work 1:1 with children inside our South Salt Lake clinic, with teammates around you and a BCBA right down the hall. You will debrief sessions together, trade ideas, and celebrate wins as a team.
