As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with Aviation ABA Therapy, you'll provide in-home ABA therapy to children and families across Salt Lake County during afternoon hours. Working 1:1 with clients under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll build communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based ABA strategies. This is a hands‑on, deeply rewarding role, and a vital part of helping children thrive in their own homes and communities.
