Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking part-time RBTs in St. Louis to implement ABA programs across in-home, clinic, and school settings. You will collect data, train families, and maintain compliance with insurance guidelines while growing toward full-time opportunities.

Ideal candidates hold RBT certification (or are pursuing it) and have experience with children. A valid driver’s license and dependable vehicle are required. Flexible scheduling is available.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers and clinic equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical programs as assigned by supervisor.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for target behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and procedures.
• Submit documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend trainings and team meetings.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
