Job summary

ABA Squad is a clinical company delivering ABA services to children with autism through in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings in St. Louis, MO.

This Part-Time role offers growth into Full-Time, with a schedule Monday–Friday and a compensation range of $20–$30 per hour based on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• RBT certification current or willingness to obtain (ABA Squad will cover costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, devices, and clinic equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures
• Submit written documentation per insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Key Responsibilities
