Job summary

ABA Squad is a high-quality ABA clinical company serving children with autism and other developmental disabilities. We provide services in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings and are seeking a Part-Time RBT to join the team in the St. Louis area.

You will implement programs, collect data, train parents, and participate in trainings and meetings. Active RBT certification or willingness to obtain it is required; reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)
