Job summary

ABA Squad is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under supervision of a BCBA across in-home, in-clinic, and school-based settings with children who have autism and developmental disabilities. You will implement programs, collect data, and train families.

We offer a flexible schedule, orientation and training, signing bonuses, and opportunities to grow into a full-time role, with compensation ranging from $20.00 to $30.00 per hour based on certification and experience.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification (ABASquad will cover costs).
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst.
• Create program materials as needed.
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors.
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary.
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines.
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings.
