Job summary

ABA Squad in St. Louis, MO is seeking a part-time RBT technician to implement behavioral programs and collect data under supervision. The role offers a flexible schedule and growth potential toward full-time, with training and support from BCBA supervision.

Responsibilities include training parents, documenting progress, creating program materials, and collaborating with a diverse clinical team to serve children with autism in home, clinic, or school settings.

Qualifications

Job Type: Part-Time (with potential to grow into Full-Time)

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour (based on certification & experience)

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Work Setting: In-home, In-clinic, School-based

Key Responsibilities

• Implement all clinical programs as assigned by the supervising behavior analyst
• Create program materials as needed
• Collect and graph data for all reduction and acquisition behaviors
• Train parents on behavioral protocols and model procedures when necessary
• Submit written documentation in accordance with insurance guidelines
• Attend therapist trainings and team meetings

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification in good standing OR willingness to obtain certification (ABA Squad will cover certification costs)
• Experience working with children preferred
• Valid driver's license and personal auto insurance
• Ability to operate computers, electronic devices, and office/clinical equipment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Team-oriented, dependable, and adaptable
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
